Your custom shape may have laser cut or classic stitched (merrowed) edging and is offered with a lightweight sew-on, iron-on, or peel-and-stick backing. If your design has a lot of detail or small lettering that you want to pop, choose Woven Patches to achieve a clean, crisp, graphic style. These patches are made in a similar way that images appear on a computer screen- lots of little dots.

Woven patches are created with thinner threads than embroidered patches. Also, no drag stitching is used between letters on a woven patch. When your design is turned into a woven patch, the threads are stitched continuously for a highly detailed outcome.
